INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY
| Minimum order is $100.00 merchandise
value. All orders outside of the U.S.and Canada require bank
draft, international money order, or check drawn on a U.S. bank
in U.S. dollars. There is an extra $5.00 processing fee for
checks drawn on Canadian banks. Please contact our Sales Dept.
for transportation cost. |
CASH OR CREDIT CARD ORDERS
| We accept check, money order,
Visa®, MasterCard®, or Discover®. Mail your order using our
cash order form, or call our sales line at 1-800-848-8001. U.S.
funds only. Minimum order is $15.00 merchandise value. Orders
less than $15.00 require a $5.00 processing charge. Checks over
$100.00 must clear the bank before shipment is made. Returned
checks will automatically incur a $25.00 service fee. Most orders
ship within 2 working days. |
OPEN ACCOUNT ORDERS
|
Extended to well rated firms and institutions. We require three
trade references and one bank reference, or a satisfactory rating
in D&B. Opening an account may take two weeks. Open account orders
must be submitted in writing (or FAX) on a company purchase order.
We will not ship on a verbal. Minimum order is $50.00 merchandise
value. Orders less than $50.00 require a $10.00 processing charge.
Terms are Net 30 days FOB our plant.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Should your package arrive damaged, YOU must contact the shipping
company (usually UPS) to place a claim. We cannot do this for you
(their rules, not ours).
Do not ship the material back before UPS
inspects the package, or we cannot issue credit.

SALES TAX
|
Sales tax must be charged on all sales picked up or delivered in
NJ. Customers presenting a valid NJ resale certificate will be
exempt from sales tax.
